Beverly Stephan: 'Spirit Guides My Art'

When artist Beverly Stephan of Portage, Michigan, premieres her first collection at the Life Force Art Center this Friday, May 28, mystical art enthusiasts will be astounded by the unique visionary imagery in her work. Beverly’s first collection entitled “The Journey” is an outstanding example of personal message art. Her use of the chakra colors when blending her paints unfolds symbolic, spirit-guided messages that draw viewers into her art at first glance.

After 35 years of spiritual study, Beverly received the gift of mediumship through paint blending, channeled from a dream in the spring of 2004. This began her journey into mystical art in the fall of the same year. As with all new endeavors, she has worked diligently to perfect her connection, and just a few months ago, her Master Guide Nairi brought a new Spirit Art Guide in to help - Gustav Klimt, renowned abstract artist from the late 1800s.

Happiness surrounds Beverly when she says, “My path in this life is to introduce people to their guides. We may have faith that we have guides, but to actually see them appear in your artwork reading brings in joy and amazement. This opens up a whole new doorway/connection for you around your guides and inner guidance, filling you with enlightenment, inspiration, and joy, to know you’re not alone."

Beverly’s art was recently featured on the cover of DreamWeaver magazine’s Sept./Oct 2009 issue, and made front page news in The Herald Bulletin on Sept. 21, 2009. Beverly has traveled extensively, connecting her spirit guide with patrons’ spirit guides to produce amazing personal message art. Many of her patrons say although they had felt the presence of their guides before, they were delighted to actually view them in the art Beverly channels for them. As patrons connect and grow with their inner guidance, the artwork continues to materialize and develop. They continue to receive new messages long after the first viewing.

Beverly’s spirit guides have been instrumental in their continuing encouragement of her to develop her artwork for mass appeal. She is thrilled and honored to present her first collection at LFAC this week.

Beverly will be attending the opening reception of the Chicago Festival of Spiritual Art's "Media & Mediums: Artists Who Channel" at LFAC on Friday, May 28, 2010, from 6 to 10 p.m. and be available for personal art readings both Friday evening and Saturday, May 29, from 2 to 7 p.m. Her sessions provide patrons with important messages, secret symbols, faces of guides, animal totems, angels, clues to past lives, and more, all hidden in the artwork, which will be revealed in a personal reading for $55.

Her public appearances sell out quickly, as will this first collection.
