Life Force Arts Center (LFAC) is operated by Life Force Arts Foundation, which was founded in 1988 as a non-profit, tax exempt 501 (c) 3 organization to present the   modern dance and performance work of Joan Forest Mage. As Joan developed the deeper, spiritual aspects of her work as shamanic practice, the company grew to support the exploration of the art-spirituality connection.
