Join us on the dance floor for a special Friday Night Wave to move deep and celebrate as we transition into autumn, grateful for everything the dance of life has given us this year. We will use the transformational movement practice of the 5Rhythms – Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness to guide us into this celebration.  Let's dance our joys, sorrows, lessons, challenges, and blessings... embracing, releasing and transforming what no longer serves as we mark the gateway into the season of Thanksgiving and the Holy Days of 2010!

After her Lovin' the Body workshop last summer, Mati Vargas-Gibson returns to Chicago to facilitate this instructional event. Mati has been dancing 5Rhythms since 1998 with the dance floors and 5Rhythms community in Chicago being instrumental in the grounding of her practice. She was certified as a 5Rhythms Teacher by Gabrielle Roth and The Moving Center in 2008, and has been a visiting teacher at Omega Rhinebeck & The Studio Maui and a teaching assistant at the Esalen Institute.
