The Enneagram: A Fundamental Resource for Work and Relationship (four week series) The Enneagram, a cross cultural model and inspired teaching of 9 distinct lenses with which people view the world and life situations, offers us a template of how our viewpoints align or collide with others. We see what fears and resistances arise merely because we experience things differently than those we interact with. The Enneagram is the most powerful tool for building emotional intelligence, helping us quickly identify our habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. This experiential, insight based series invites us to look at ourselves in relationships at work and at home, as "we walk a mile in other's shoes." To identify your Enneagram type take this free online test: Topics for the series... Week 1: Your style at work and at home - Gifts & Blindspots
Week 2: Communication/Feedback Week 3: Inner Conflict and Conflict in Relationships Week 4: Inner Leadership, decision-making, and collaboration. Fee for this course must be paid in advance as materials will be included.
