Tatiana Fonseca, founder of Cigana, LLC (dance company) has been dancing since the third grade.  She has performed at many wedidngs, delivered plenty of Belly Grams, and performed for the Phillippine Dagupan City Association U.S.A.  She also teaches belly dance at LFAC.
