Please join us for a Fireside Chat with practitioners from the Healing Room at LFAC. This series of free, one hour introductory talks is held on Monday and Wednesday nights from 7:30 - 8:30 PM.  

Tonight, Joan Forest Mage will explain the principles of Rudolf Laban's three dimensional body movement healing: how restoring the body's natural movement in all in all three dimensions (height, width, depth) creates healing of mind, body, emotions and spirit.

Joan Forest Mage has 40 years of experience as a dance performer, teacher and bodyworker, and is a Certified Movement Analyst with the Laban Institute. She is a shamanic practitioner, and is the founder and director of Life Force Arts Center.
