Join us for “In this River”, a 5rhythms workshop that explores the groundwork of the 5Rhythms, the deep waters of making our lives into art that heals, shines and awakens us.

We will dance ourselves into our own expression by discovering our Flowing nature through each of the 5Rhythms and bringing that right off  the dance floor and into our lives --- so that we may know the grace and beauty or our deepest source, just like a river.

No experience required – just a willingness to discover the beauty that is you.
